My DVD digital copy isnt working ??? HELP?

I don't know much about this sort of stuff, but the only thing I can say is sometimes the code is case sensitive, meaning you must enter the capitals as capitals and the lowercase as lowercase. For example: if the code is 5rETd4esR, you can NOT enter it as 5RETD4ESR or 5retd4esr.
