Can anyone help me? its really hurting!!!?

i had a root c done recently after 3 days i was in worse pain than when i went turned out to have been infected and needed antibiotics to get rid of the pain but 2 days after taking them was fine if it hurts when you touch the filling get it checked you may need antibiotics
