I am looking for a FREE apt rental service and/ or site for the apartments on the westside of LA.?

I am looking for an apartment in LA. I can no longer find a simple FREE site where you just put a location, apt size and maximum price in to find what you are looking for??? CL used to be great for this, but now all there is are foreclosures, weekly and / or nightly ads. I just want to skip all the bullshit and find an apt in my area. Does anyone have a suggestion for me? I would greatly appreciate it!
