Does this sound like an asthma attack?

Im not sure if i have asthma or not but everyone thinks i have exercise induced asthma. Today while running for cross country, when i finished i like fell down and starting breathing like crazy. I could inhale but i just couldnt exhale. I was GASPING for air. I was wheezing just a little bit. My chest was real tight and it hurt. It got so bad that i was crying. I couldnt even talk, someone asked me something and i would like try to force out words but it came out in just a moan. But most of the time i just ignored them because it was so bad. Does this sound like i had an asthma attack??
