Did God intend for Hip Hop to exist?

By sending a DJ from jamaica to New York cause I hate rap music it has misrepresented the black culture and ruined music.I believe black people could have succeded and made it without rap and still have a black president.R&B since the 1990's has been pitiful too much hip hop influence,I think it started with new jack swing.I liked that style of R&B&soul especially in the 70's and early 80's along with 60's motown and before.I think God should reverse time and prevent hip hop frome existing I am serious black kids are crazy now.
