Can you help with me sweet 13? Read Description!!?

ok SO im about to turn 13 and i don't know what to do. i want to have a sweet 13(like EXACTLY like a sweet 16 but turning 13) the only problem is that i don't know what to do at my sweet 13 or where to have it!! i live in bowie, maryland so i want to have my sweet 13 somewhere around bowie such as: laurel, landover, crofton, etc. and i cant do it at my house or anybody ELSES house so, please!!! help me!!! and i want to invite around 30 people. and don't say that just to do something regular like watching a movie cause that wont help at all!! thanks!
